4. When will I receive my picks?
A: Maximum Winners makes their selections and sends out the picks no later than midnight before the next days games. For the Monday Night Winner, we send the selection Sunday Night. If we have selected a game on Thursday Night then you will receive the pick by Wednesday.
5. Do you guarantee your picks?
A: Maximum Winners guarantees that you will profit with the selections we provide. There is no definite amount on how much you will profit. That all depends on the player you are. Every season is different and there are many variables that go into handicapping each game. If you are a knowledgeable bettor than you will profit.

A: The amount of money you will make with our picks is not guaranteed. There is no specific amount. That will all depend on what type of player YOU are.

These terms and conditions are representative of the agreement between (“you”) and Maximum Winners, LLC, doing business as www.maximumwinners.com. By submitting an order for sports handicapping service specifically “NFL Football Picks Pass” "NBA Picks Pass", "NHL Picks Pass", "NCAA Picks Pass", "MLB Picks Pass" or any other picks package offered by Maximum Winners using your credit or debit card through the secure payment site PayPal, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of this agreement. Additionally, you agree to the subscription through electronic submission process which is a legally valid means of entering into this agreement.
1. Maximum Winners, LLC doing business as www.maximumwinners.com will provide through email response the sports handicapping services specifically NFL Football Picks throughout the NFL regular season, playoffs and Super Bowl. The Picks service is valid from week 1 of the regular season until the NFL Championship game. This picks service includes all games played on Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights (when available). You will be billed at the subscription rate of $30 per week until the subscription is cancelled by you through the e-commerce website PayPal. Once purchases are made, specific instructions for cancellation will be provided through PayPal. “You”, the purchaser, may cancel your subscription at any time during the NFL season by sending an email to the service provider requesting cancellation. NBA, NCAA, NHL and MLB picks are delivered during the scheduled regular season when pick become available by our handicappers. Customers pay the service fee in return for picks throughout the scheduled season, but picks will be delivered upon availability.
2. Terminating Service. You may terminate your subscription for picks upon submission of an email requesting cancellation to customerservice@maximumwinners.com, or by selecting the un-subscribe link at the bottom of the BUY PICKS NOW page. Use of the picks service will constitute the agreement of you to be bound by the terms and conditions.
3. Service Duration. The initial term for this agreement is the entire regular season, from week 1 through the championship game or until cancelled.
4. Subscription Fee. The subscription fee for the service that you have purchased is payable in advance and for any renewal term. The subscription fee is not refundable. All subscription fees are accepted up until the time of the first selected as a "pick" and delivered as such unless otherwise noted on game schedule. If for any reason the game schedule changes and Maximum Winners have delivered this game as a selection you will receive the selection or any corrections to the selection in a timely fashion before the start of the game. By submitting your credit card or debit card information to PayPal to pay for services you are bound and in agreement with PayPal and their subsequent rules and terms.
5. Limitations of Liability. The picks and sports handicapping service provided to you are merely a convenience and for entertainment purposes only and are to not be intended to be substituted for factual documentation. Maximum Winners, LLC and its website www.maximumwinners.com is not responsible for the actions of its customers and conspicuously notates on its website that it does not condone any form of illegal gambling and its information is to be used as entertainment purposes only. 8. Further Acknowledgements. You agree to use this picks service for the solely personal, non-commercial purposes.
